New Product Launch: TG-A9000F Reinforced Thermal Pad
T-Global’s newest addition to our popular TG-A Series line of thermal pads is TG-A9000F, a fibreglass reinforced version of the popular TG-A9000.
These silicone based thermal pads offer high thermal conductivity of 7.0 W/mK alongside long-term, reliable performance and are formulated with an additional fibreglass mesh layer to offer exceptional tensile strength of 174 kgf/cm2* making them highly durable, easy to handle and ideal for use in demanding environments such as electronic devices, servers and automotive applications.
TG-A9000F Reinforced Thermal Pad Product Overview:
- Soft and strong: One-sided fibreglass mesh to enhance the pad’s tensile strength combined with 45 Shore 00 hardness
- High thermal conductivity: 7.0 W/mK our best in class for reinforced thermal pads
- Low thermal impedance: low thermal and contact resistance to improve heat transfer
- Electrically isolating: High dielectric breakdown voltage of >8kV/mm
- Format: Sheets or cut parts in thicknesses of 1.0 – 5.0 mm
