Thermal Module

The thermal module is a cooling solution designed to manage heat on M.2 solid-state drives (SSDs). It maintains optimal performance and reliability by dissipating excess heat, which helps prevent overheating and thermal throttling—both major causes of performance loss and hardware degradation. Our thermal modules are available as both active (with fan) and passive (without fan) components.
