Description

TG-A9000F Reinforced Thermal Pad is a silicone based thermal interface material reinforced with fibreglass mesh on one side making it exceptionally durable, tear resistant and easy to handle whilst offering best in class thermal conductivity from our reinforced TG-A Series thermal pad range. TG-A9000F Reinforced Thermal Pad has a low thermal impedance, conforms readily to surfaces due to its low hardness and provides a high dielectric breakdown voltage. These highly compressible and electrically isolating thermal pads are ideal for use in servers and data centres and PSUs.  TG-A9000F can be provided in various thicknesses from 1.0 – 5.0 mm as standard sheets or cut parts depending upon the end application.
