Utilising Flotherm XT, a CAD-centric Computational Fluid Dynamics software for electronics cooling, our engineers are able to optimise heat dissipation and thermal management of electronics by connecting ECAD and MCAD design flows.

Our thermal simulation service can be applied to any electronic project, all we need are your CAD files (SolidWorks, Pro/ENGINEER, STEP, IGES etc) and project requirements which will be covered by an NDA. Our expert team will then run various simulations and provide your team with a comprehensive analysis report to highlight a variety of options for effective thermal management based on your original specification.
